We are smack dab in the middle of dip season. With lots of football games and upcoming holiday gatherings, I expect to make a couple of dips every week for the next few months.

I like trying out new recipes, just to keep my menu fresh. And with so many get togethers in a short time frame, I have to change things up as my guest list overlaps from party to party. Luckily, I found a new dip to add to my rotation — that Turn Up the Heat Chipotle and Cilantro Dip that you see above.

With just six ingredients, including a packet of Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix, this tasty dip comes together in a matter of minutes.

The original recipe calls for 2 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, but we like it spicy. I actually find that the recipe is even better with 4 or 5 chilies mixed in the dip. But, if you aren’t sure the heat level you like, I would start with two and then taste, adding additional peppers until you get to the flavor/heat level that you love.

Thanks to the sale on Lipton Recipe Secrets in the new Extra Savings Flyer you can make all your favorite dips and save big! Head into Publix and mix and match any three Lipton Recipe Secrets and get them all for just $5. Look for the sale valid 10/21 – 11/3.

Between all the tasty dips and slow cooker recipes that I have planned, I’ll definitely take the opportunity to load up my cart. If you are looking for a new dip to add to your rotation, give this Turn Up the Heat Chipotle and Cilantro Dip a try.
