Air Fryer Onion-Crusted Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup Hellmann's® Mayonnaise
- 2 lbs chicken tenderloins cut into 1-inch chunks
Instructions
- Combine Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix with bread crumbs in shallow dish; set aside.
- Toss chicken with Hellmann's® Mayonnaise in medium bowl, then dip each coated breast in onion mixture, turning to coat on all sides.
- To cook, preheat the air fryer to 380ºF.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the coated chicken in the basket, allowing room between each piece.
- Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket half way through cook time.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
