I had the same issue with my most recent purchase. I initially thought maybe I’d made an error when I put my phone number in at checkout but now that I’ve seen others have had the same problem I see there may be a glitch in their system. I informed customer service that my d.c.’s didn’t redeem although I purchased the items and am waiting for their response.
I’ve gone round and round with customer care and they insist that a “paper manufacture’s coupon” was used for the Herbal Essence products which is not true. Very disappointing.
