RAGÚ^® Sauce, Assorted Varieties, BOGO

Like any other pizza recipe, this one is completely customizable. We like the loaded version that includes pepperoni, sausage, peppers and olives. Feel free to remove or add any other tasty toppings that your family loves. Heck, you can even customize each roll making this an ideal dish for your picky eaters too!

When it comes to the sauce, you gotta stick with RAGÚ® sauce.

Loaded Pizza Lasagna Rollatini

Ingredients

24 oz jar RAGÚ^® sauce
8 lasagna noodles
15 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
8 oz mozzarella cheese - shredded
1 cup cooked sausage - crumbled
1/2 bell pepper - thinly sliced
2 oz pepperoni slices
2 oz sliced black olives

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375º F.
Pour 2 cups of RAGÚ^® sauce into the bottom of a 10"x15" casserole dish.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta, egg and parmesan cheese until combined.
Spread the ricotta mixture down the length of each cooked lasagna noodle.
Top with pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers and black olives then sprinkle with some mozzarella cheese. Roll tightly and place the roll into the prepared casserole dish, seam side down. Repeat with the remaining lasagna noodles.
Pour the remaining RAGÚ^® sauce over top of the lasagna rolls and sprinkle with more mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly
