So for my Easy Meatball Stroganoff, I just pull out some frozen meatballs, a package of mushrooms and a couple of pantry staples and I’m on my way to a super tasty meal.

This dish take very little time and almost no effort to prepare. Ready in less than 30 minutes, it’s hearty and perfect for a busy weeknight.

Easy Meatball Stroganoff

Servings 6

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages of Knorr Stroganoff - prepared according to directions with milk and water
  • 12 oz frozen meatballs
  • 1 package Knorr Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter - divided
  • 1 small onion - chopped
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs - for optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Knorr Stroganoff according to directions.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet and add the chopped onion and mushrooms. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes, until tender.
  • Add the water and stir in the Knorr Au Jus.
  • Add the meatballs and cook for another 8 minutes, until meatballs are heated through and gravy has thickened.
  • Spread the prepared Knorr Stroganoff over the meatballs.
  • For the optional topping, melt the final tablespoon of butter and mix with the panko breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the stroganoff and place under the broiler for 2 - 3 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve and enjoy!
