Every week is a busy week around my house. Whether it’s after school practices, performances or games, there is always something going on! But no matter how hectic things get, I still have to come up with a plan for dinnertime.
Fast food for four is ridiculously expensive. I can wipe out my entire weekly budget with two trips through the drive thru. So the only way I keep my budget in check is to cook at home. That’s ok with me… the best meals happen at home anyway!
Luckily with the deals available at Publix, I can grab what I need to serve up great tasting meals that are easy to make AND easy on the budget.
Take that Italian dinner you see above. That meal was planned around the deals and coupons available right now. The Easy Italian Casserole is made with a tasty Knorr Side. The side salad is served with Sir Kensington’s Dressing and the secret to my ultimate garlic bread is Hellmann’s Mayonnaise. With saving on all of these items as part of the current Extra Savings Flyer, I have an inexpensive and easy way to feed my family—even when things are hectic.

With such great deals, I even have money left for dessert. But you know I don’t pay full price. I shop the sales for our final course as well. The BOGO sale on Talenti makes it the perfect time to end our delicious Italian meal with a tasty affogato.
