- 1 package Knorr Teriyaki Noodles, prepared according to package instructions
- 1 pound extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce (bottled or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons peanuts, toasted and chopped
- lime wedges, for serving
- SLAW
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 10 oz shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 red chili pepper, thinly sliced
- Prepare the slaw by adding the peanut butter, lime juice, honey, garlic, sesame oil and salt in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, onion, cilantro and chili pepper. Toss to mix with the dressing, set aside.
- Prepare the Knorr Teriyaki Noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
- While the noodles cook, place the shrimp in a bowl and add the teriyaki. Marinate the shrimp in the sauce for 15 minutes.
- Cook shrimp on a preheated grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Serve the noodles topped with the slaw and cooked shrimp.
- Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and serve with lime wedges.
