Ronzoni Bow Ties and Spinach Salad is a meal that you can have on the table in less than 15 minutes and it tastes amazing! Bow Ties and Spinach Salad

  • 6 oz Ronzoni® Bow Ties
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup green onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup light olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 each garlic cloves, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • toasted pine nuts (optional)
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions
  2. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, spinach, tomatoes and green onions
  3. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except pine nuts; mix well
  4. Pour dressing over spinach mixture; toss well
  5. Top with pine nuts if desired
  6. Serve immediately

  1. This recipe gave me alot of ideas. I changed some things in it. I added mandarin oranges to it as I love them in a salad. Also, instead of pine nuts I used walnuts. It came out soooooooo good and it’s healthy too. Thank you.
