- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- ½ red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups half and half
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Prepare pasta according to package directions
- In large skillet, cook mushrooms, bell pepper and zucchini in butter until vegetables are tender
- Stir in cheese and garlic powder then half-and-half
- Add cooked pasta; heat through (do not boil)
- Serve immediately
