When’s the last time you had a crisp, refreshing ginger ale? Now, I am not talking about the bland soda that resembles a ginger ale. Can you even remember?

Unknown Brewing is here to change that with their craft ginger ale. Already known for their craft brewing, the folks at Unknown were fed up with commercially made ginger ales that were pale imitations of the real thing, so they set out to make their own. The result was so popular with employees and customers alike that soon enough they were canning it and selling it locally. Before long word of mouth started to spread, and so did demand for this incredible concoction.

Besides being crisp and delicious, The Unknown is all natural, non-alcoholic, and gluten-free. When it comes to ingredients, they keep it simple and fresh: fresh ginger root, pure cane sugar, and a splash of lime juice. The result is the best craft ginger ale you’ll ever have, hands down!

Not only is it great on its own, it’s also the perfect mixer for cocktails, mocktails, and in culinary adventures. You know I enjoy getting creative in the kitchen, and some of the recipes on their site look pretty darn tasty. I may have already tested out one…or five–hahaha!

Check out their recipe page for some ideas. Need a suggestion? I highly recommend popping open a can and whipping up a delicious Moscow Mule. It’s a quick and easy recipe  that tastes amazing!
