Loaded Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Serves: 6 – 8
  • 3 cups warm mashed potatoes
  • 4 oz Tillamook Very Veggie Farmstyle Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • salt & black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Combine the potatoes, cream cheese spread, butter, 3/4 cup of shredded cheese, chopped bacon, chives and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the mixture into a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly
