I am a huge fan of all the different varieties of Kelloggʼs® Special K® cereal. Seriously, I have never had a variety that I didn’t love. And…I am pretty sure that I have tried them all.

I usually have a bunch of different varieties in my pantry. I like to have options so that I can choose based on my mood or what I am craving. I used it to make up a batch of what I call Special K Popcorn Party Mix.

I just tossed all the extra cereals with some popcorn and mixed it with some white melting chocolate for a treat that is AHHmazing!

It’s become a family favorite on movie night.  So much so, now I make sure I have plenty of cereal just to make my recipe! I’ll often make a double batch so that we can have it for our Friday night movie night plus enough to snack on over the next week. I just store the extra in a plastic bag and grab a handful (or two) whenever I get a hankering for something tasty.
