- 4.4 oz cup Minute Ready to Serve Rice
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 oz bacon pieces (cooked and crumbled bacon)
- 1 oz diced ham
- 1 oz cooked sausage crumbles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Sliced scallion for garnish
- Heat the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet.
- Add the egg and scramble just until they begin to set.
- Add the heated rice, all meats and stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and cook an additional minute.
- Serve topped with scallions if desired.
