I always LOVE to see new items show up on the shelves at Publix.
It’s so easy to get into a rut as I find myself purchasing the same items week after week. Seeing those “NEW” tags show up mean there is an opportunity to shake things up and maybe find a new favorite thing! It’s especially exciting to see a fresh option for products we use on a daily basis.
As you can imagine, a new coffee option is big news at my house.
I am a tea fanatic while my husband is a coffee-aholic, so I visit the coffee/tea aisle at Publix almost every single week without fail. I am very familiar with pretty much all the options available and will usually spot any new items that show up pretty quickly. So when I noticed NEW Ethical Bean Coffee, I just had to grab a bag to surprise Jim!
I put the bag in the cabinet with his usual coffees and waited for him to find it. It didn’t take long for him to notice that bright green bag! I knew he had found it when I heard him exclaim in excitement—”Ooooh, what’s this…a new coffee?!!”
He immediately brewed up a pot and enjoyed his new coffee with a smile on his face. I asked him what he thought and he gave Ethical Bean Coffee a thumbs up and said, “this is a keeper!”
I like being able to give my guys thing that they love, especially those that I feel good about buying. When it comes to coffee, NEW Ethical Bean Coffee is good option as it’s fairtrade and USDA organic.
Ethical Bean Coffee’s objective is to make the best fairtrade organic coffee on the planet. They even give you details about the exact coffee that you purchase as every bag is 100% traceable to the co-op! On the back of each Ethical Bean Coffee bag, there’s a unique QR code that provides the exact roast date, tasting notes, and co-op. Simply scan and you can trace the he journey of your beans from co-op right to YOUR cup. I think that’s pretty cool!
Ethical Bean Coffee is rooted in purpose.
In 1999, co-founders Lloyd and Kim spent most of a year in Guatemala awaiting the adoption of their daughter. During that time, they fell in love with the country, the culture, and the people, but they were surprised by one thing: many coffee farmers and their families were living below the poverty line.
The couple wanted to find a better, more equitable, way to work with coffee farmers—a way that ensured farmers were getting a fair price for their beans. In 2003, Ethical Bean was born.
Besides great taste, the folks at Ethical Bean Coffee are also committed to sustainability. Their goal is to leave a mark but tread lightly while doing so.
Next time you visit the coffee aisle at Publix, be on the lookout for NEW Ethical Bean Coffee. You’ll find four varieties to please all the coffee lovers in your home –
