AND you get a delicious meal that’s easy to make and easy to clean up…a winning combination for sure!
Just grab a skillet and a few ingredients and you can have a tasty meal ready in a flash!
- 1 bag Light ‘n Fluffy® Egg Noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 – 2 small bell peppers, chopped
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 10 oz can tomatoes & green chilis
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Cheddar Jack cheese, shredded
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with the onion and bell pepper, crumbling the meat as you stir.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add the water, taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, corn, beans, cream cheese and cooked egg noodles.
- Stir together and cook approximately 3 – 5 minutes, until thick and creamy,
- Stir in the shredded cheese and serve.
