Submit an application form and upload a photo of your receipt, with the date of purchase and qualifying purchase clearly visible. All applications must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Receive an email within 5 business days. If you are qualified, your email will include a Reward Code and instructions to redeem your free* 2 month trial to ClassPass! For existing ClassPass members, your email will include a Reward Code and instructions to redeem your alternate reward.
