Hip hip hooray for back-to-school!

All of us parents are doing a little happy dance as the kids are headed back to school! My boys still have a little time before they start the new year and you better believe that I have a countdown going! Most of the supply shopping is done and both boys have a big pile of new clothes in their closets and drawers.

Both of my boys are in middle school this year…Jeb is starting his first year and Jake on his last. So, I feel like I am a pro at being a middle school mom. I have learned a few things over the past couple of years that should make this year go smoothly. First, I’ll need to have a big stash of deodorant on hand. Second, there are never enough snacks to satisfy pre-teen/teenage boys!
