- 12 oz box of Ronzoni Thick and Hearty Pasta, prepared according to package instructions
- 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce or pizza sauce
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 oz pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sausage
- 1/8 onion, sliced
- 1/4 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- red pepper flakes, if desired
- Preheat oven to 375º F.
- Combine pasta, sauce, 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and black olives.
- Pour into a large skillet and top with remaining cheese (and additional toppings if desired) and bake in a 375ºF oven for 15 – 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve and top with red pepper flakes if desired.
