I like to use ready to steam veggies and I have used VeeTee rice. We grill some chicken and it makes a wonderful healthy meal.
Everytime I make rice I screw it up! This looks like a great/healty alternative.

I’ve been taking advantage of Stacks for Sticks at Wendys. everytime Tampa Bay Lightning gets a shut out or scores 4 or more goals FREE double stack with a purchase. This has happened 8 times already this month. All I do is make a quick salad and dinner’s ready !~ and for our purchase we have Frostys so thats dessert !

Microwave – fast and easy – and so many good products out now that helps with quick and easy meals.
I use my Crock-Pot all the time. It is such a relief to walk into the house and most of dinner is done
Insta pot is great for quick meals.
Being a Senior Citizen I look for easy meals and this one of them. The Veetee is just perfect.

To get dinner on the table fast, I prep as much as possible in advance for multiple meals. I also like to use healthy convenience items like Veetee rice!
One I do a lot is pick up from deli at @publix. Chicken and sides.

Rice is one of my favorite side dishes. I have not tried VeeTee rice but will be looking for it next time I go to Publix.
When you cook an entree, make enough to last for at least two meals.

I love this rice but I wish they would make it in brown rice. Quick, easy and good tasting.
I am anxious to try the Whole Grain and Quinoa VeeTee rice.

Prep ahead of time for the week by using your food processor food slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables, herbs and an other ingredients.
I cook two two nice meals on the weekend so there is plenty of leftovers for the week. I just heat up fresh veggies.
I try to make larger portions so I can freeze them for later. That way, I just have to defrost something and heat it up for dinner.
I keep my pantry and fridge stocked with items needed for a weeks worth of meals so I don’t have to run to the store every day!
Microwave leftovers.
I prep what I can before I head to work. Just knowing what’s for dinner makes it come together quickly after work. And, I have my kids help out while they learn tp cook.
