Savory Blue Cheese, Pear & Ham Tart

Ingredients
  • 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
  • 1/3 cup Castello Havarti Creamy, shredded
  • 8 oz diced ham
  • 4 oz Castello Traditional Danish Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Roll dough flat and put into a round 9-inch fluted tart pan or 14 x 4-inch rectangular fluted tart pan. Dough should come to top of fluted lip. Freeze for 1/2 hour.
  3. Bake pie crust for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and Sprinkle 3/4 cup of Castello Havarti Cheese in bottom of pie crust.
  5. Layer the pears over the cheese and top with diced ham and crumbled blue cheese.
  6. Bake for an additional 10 – 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve.
