- Mediterranean Garden (in select locations)
- 15 - 20 large jalapeños
- 1 tub of Arla Cream Cheese
- 3 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
- 2 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, shrimp, seasoning and green onions.
- Cut peppers lengthwise in half; discard seeds. Fill each pepper with a generous portion of the cheese mixture; press lightly into peppers to secure. (Filling should mound slightly above top edges of peppers.)
- Place on baking sheet or in broiler pan.
- Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until peppers are crisp-tender and filling is lightly browned.
