What I love about the meats is that they are all lean cuts of hand-crafted meats made in small batches and include simple, honest ingredients. The meats are pre-seasoned so meals come together fast and with fewer ingredients. You know that I love anything to make my time in the kitchen as quick as possible.

The other issue that you guys seem to be having is where to find this meat. Look for Mighty Spark in the FRESH meat section of the store. At my store the boxes are near the trays of ground chicken and ground turkey.

Check out my picture above and notice that the boxes are pretty colorful. They are small so you’ll need to look carefully as they are easy to miss. Of course if you don’t see the boxes, ask your meat manager and they can help you find them.
