This is the type of meal that I do on a night when we come home late after football or lacrosse practice. I can toss the Armour meatballs in the microwave with the hot sauce and in a few minutes, everyone is ready to build a sandwich.
Now, Jake and Jim like to douse their subs with blue cheese dressing but Jeb and I prefer to keep it simple with just blue cheese crumbles…so you’ll have to decide what you like best. Just put everything out separately and let your family decide what they prefer. There is no wrong way to make this sub!
