I tease my boys that they were destined to be Mexican food fans. While some woman crave ice cream and pickles during pregnancy…I craved guacamole, tacos, tortilla chips and salsa!

Naturally my whole family looks forward to Taco Tuesday. It’s the meal each week that I know I can make and everyone will love. There will never be any complaints and there will never be any leftovers!

Taco night is also one of my favorites because I can have dinner ready in just minutes with very little effort. Thanks to the convenience of the Taco Bell® Crunchy Taco, Taco Dinner Kit I can have dinner on the table in about 15 minutes. The kit comes with taco shells, Taco Bell® Taco Seasoning and Taco Bell® Mild Sauce. I just add ground beef and water and in no time flat we are ready for a mini fiesta!

Everyone has their favorite way to top a taco but I think Beef Tacos with Pico de Gallo is a classic option that kids will all love. You don’t need a ton of ingredients and that classic taco flavor is the perfect option for your Taco Tuesday or a quick meal any night of the week!

Look for the Taco Bell® Crunchy Taco, Taco Dinner Kit and Taco Bell® Mild Sauce in the international aisle at your local Publix. Grab those items and a few additional ingredients and you can serve up this recipe for Beef Tacos with Pico de Gallo at your next taco night at home. Just a warning…don’t expect any leftovers!
