  5. This is one of my quick favorites; I combine Eckrich smoked turkey sausage slices, sweet potatoes cubes, onion, coleslaw mix and sliced apples and cook in chicken broth until tender. Top it with a little spicy mustard and Wa-lah. The combination of all the flavors is so good!

  6. We have these sausages for dinner quite frequently! Slice the sausage into thick chunks and fry in a pan with onions. Add a side of pierogies and you have a quick, easy dinner!

  11. For a better ,faster dinner I use Eckrich Smoked Sausage and dinner rolls…I slice up the sausage and add a half a slice of cheese and roll it in a biscuit (fully covered) Bake @350 for 12-17 minutes (until biscuit is done)My family loves it….Served with baked beans ….Enjoy

  13. I sauté onions and peppers in olive oil, then add sausage to pan. Cut lengthwise.
    Finish with white wine. And put on crispy Italian rolls. Serve with tossed salad and fries.

  14. Making tonight my Florida coastal boil. Similar to a new England boil and so so so so good!
    Easy in about an hour.
    Shrimp, kielbasa, potatoes corn etc…rich broth and crusty bread.
    Spread out on news papers.

    Also, my famous subs with kielbasa, kraut, onion mustard.
    And, my southern baked bean bake.

  28. I live on the southeast coast! This is a staple during the summer in our “Frogmore Stew”—boilded red potatoes, corn, shrimp, and some Old Bay Seasoning along with some sliced Eckrich sausage and you have the makings for a fun and delicious dinner!

  29. We love an Eckrich foil packet. Lay out a very large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Slice up one package of Eckrich sausage, 1/2 pound of quartered red potatoes, 3/4 pound of cleaned string beans, one onion sliced. Season with one teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Sprinkle with one teaspoon vegetable oil and top with one teaspoon butter. Tightly seal foil, leaving a small opening and add 1/3 cup water through the opening, then seal that. Grill for about 30-40 minutes. Try it – it is so easy and will become a favorite!

  35. I place Eckrich Smoked Sausage in a slow cooker with sauerkraut and add some water. Cook low ~ 6 hours. About an hour before serving I add egg noodles to the crock pot and more water if needed. Delicious!

  38. We like to add Eckrich Sausage to our Homemade Creamy & Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese. Just cut up in bite size pieces, add to the Mac and Cheese, and you’ll hardly have any leftovers. It’s that good.
    Gotta have the right cheese, smoky and sharp, and some mild cheese for balance.

  43. I cook the sausage in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. I cut it down the middle and about 4 inches and cover it with American cheese. I serve it with macaroni and cheese.

  55. Ekrich Sausage is our favorite because of the good flavor and it’s skinless. I do simple skillet meals with one of the variaties sliced up, and frozen veggies, (or fresh if I have them) browned or cooked in the same skillet. So easy and so good!

  59. For quick meal, I cut up Eckrich Smoked Sausage in small pieces and add to couple cans of black beans. Add some onion, jalepeno pepper also. Simmer about 20 min for flavors to blend. Serve alone with a salad or if have left over rice serve over rice.

  66. We do sheet pan sausage at least once a week in the summer. Slice up some Eckrich sausage, potato, and zucchini, then add some baby carrots. Douse them all in a little EVOO, top with garlic and salt, then bake in the oven. The whole family loves it!

  76. A quick dinner for us…Warm up sausage in water with 1/4 cup vinegar and 2 tablespoon sugar. Add a couple more tablespoons of sugar then reduce liquid down until it forms a sticky sweet glaze. Slice into coins and serve with salad. Yum!

  89. I like to simmer Eckrich Smoked Sausage in a skillet with a little beer, till the beer evaporates, then let them brown a bit, turning to brown on all sides. Meanwhile, fry sliced potatoes and onions in a little bacon fat. Then heat up some pinto beans. Makes a great meal my husband loves!

  106. Our latest favorite way to use Eckrich Sausage is in a shrimp sausage foil pack using of course 1 pkg. sausage, shrimp, corn on the cob and red potatoes seasoned with Old Bay, butter and garlic. Cooked on the grill or in the oven, fabulous either way.
