I slice up some smoked kielbasa, cook in a pan with onions and peppers and serve over yellow rice. Quick and easy.
This is one of my quick favorites; I combine Eckrich smoked turkey sausage slices, sweet potatoes cubes, onion, coleslaw mix and sliced apples and cook in chicken broth until tender. Top it with a little spicy mustard and Wa-lah. The combination of all the flavors is so good!
We have these sausages for dinner quite frequently! Slice the sausage into thick chunks and fry in a pan with onions. Add a side of pierogies and you have a quick, easy dinner!
Easiest week night meal ever…Smoked sausages and yellow rice with peppers/onions. We have this at least twice a month!
I love my Eckrich Smoked Sausage cut up and added to some cabbage that’s been cooked down. It’s such and easy and quick meal!

For a better ,faster dinner I use Eckrich Smoked Sausage and dinner rolls…I slice up the sausage and add a half a slice of cheese and roll it in a biscuit (fully covered) Bake @350 for 12-17 minutes (until biscuit is done)My family loves it….Served with baked beans ….Enjoy

I sauté onions and peppers in olive oil, then add sausage to pan. Cut lengthwise.
Finish with white wine. And put on crispy Italian rolls. Serve with tossed salad and fries.
Making tonight my Florida coastal boil. Similar to a new England boil and so so so so good!
Easy in about an hour.
Shrimp, kielbasa, potatoes corn etc…rich broth and crusty bread.
Spread out on news papers.
Also, my famous subs with kielbasa, kraut, onion mustard.

I slice it up in chunks, broil it, and add it to my homemade pasta sauce.
For a better, faster dinner I make our favorite soup with keibasa, potatoes and kale in a chicken stock base. A few hot pepper flakes give it a little kick!
For a really quick meal I like pairing the Eckrich Smoked Sausage with a bag of Green Giant or Bird’s Eye seasoned vegetables.
I use them for breakfast sausage, cook well with onions, peppers and tomatoes.
cut bell peppers into strips and stir fry until soft, same with onions if you eat them (we don’t!), add the to heated sausage in a hoagie bun for a quick sausage and peppers sammie!
I cook it with sauerkraut or baked beans for a quick and easy meal.

I use Eckrich Smoked Sausage to create a “Better. Faster. Dinner.” First, cut the sausage into 1/4 inch disks and then add them to Macaroni and Cheese! Sometimes we also add PICKLED jalapeno peppers! Yum!
I live on the southeast coast! This is a staple during the summer in our “Frogmore Stew”—boilded red potatoes, corn, shrimp, and some Old Bay Seasoning along with some sliced Eckrich sausage and you have the makings for a fun and delicious dinner!
We love an Eckrich foil packet. Lay out a very large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Slice up one package of Eckrich sausage, 1/2 pound of quartered red potatoes, 3/4 pound of cleaned string beans, one onion sliced. Season with one teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Sprinkle with one teaspoon vegetable oil and top with one teaspoon butter. Tightly seal foil, leaving a small opening and add 1/3 cup water through the opening, then seal that. Grill for about 30-40 minutes. Try it – it is so easy and will become a favorite!

My family loves Eckrich Polish sausage with sauerkraut and pierogis. A delicious meal everyone enjoys and we have at least once a week! Yum!.
I have never tried Eckrich sausage-but some of these recipes sound awesome and I am going to try it! Thanks to all for some great, quick recipes!
I like to chop them up and mix with scrambled eggs.
I place Eckrich Smoked Sausage in a slow cooker with sauerkraut and add some water. Cook low ~ 6 hours. About an hour before serving I add egg noodles to the crock pot and more water if needed. Delicious!

We like to add Eckrich Sausage to our Homemade Creamy & Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese. Just cut up in bite size pieces, add to the Mac and Cheese, and you’ll hardly have any leftovers. It’s that good.
Gotta have the right cheese, smoky and sharp, and some mild cheese for balance.
We like to make a Hobo soup, throw all kinds of canned veggies , sausage, broth and make a good hardy soup for camping days…

I use Eckrich Sausage in the morning with scrambled eggs. My family loves it.
I cook it with green peppers, sweet onions. I slice it to fit hoagies rolls. I serve it on rolls with pasta sauce. Yummy!
I cook the sausage in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. I cut it down the middle and about 4 inches and cover it with American cheese. I serve it with macaroni and cheese.
I have never cooked this sausage but would love to try it with cabbage or beans and rice.
These are great on the grill! I just wish my Publix carried the turkey variety

Ekrich Sausage is our favorite because of the good flavor and it’s skinless. I do simple skillet meals with one of the variaties sliced up, and frozen veggies, (or fresh if I have them) browned or cooked in the same skillet. So easy and so good!

I fry up Eckrich Smoked Sausage and then slice it. I put it on homemade yeast rolls with rice, potatoes or salad. It’s an easy dinner that everyone enjoys.
For quick meal, I cut up Eckrich Smoked Sausage in small pieces and add to couple cans of black beans. Add some onion, jalepeno pepper also. Simmer about 20 min for flavors to blend. Serve alone with a salad or if have left over rice serve over rice.

So many good things to make with the Eckrich Smoked Sausage! Our favorite as of lately is super, super quick which is just cubing some potatoes and pan tossing them with the cooked sausage is so good! Also we love to add this to our jambalaya pasta!

We do sheet pan sausage at least once a week in the summer. Slice up some Eckrich sausage, potato, and zucchini, then add some baby carrots. Douse them all in a little EVOO, top with garlic and salt, then bake in the oven. The whole family loves it!

A quick dinner for us…Warm up sausage in water with 1/4 cup vinegar and 2 tablespoon sugar. Add a couple more tablespoons of sugar then reduce liquid down until it forms a sticky sweet glaze. Slice into coins and serve with salad. Yum!
Just did yesterday, smoked Eckrich sausage with chopped up onion & peppers browned, add can of black beans then add a package of bean beans & rice. Yum

I like to simmer Eckrich Smoked Sausage in a skillet with a little beer, till the beer evaporates, then let them brown a bit, turning to brown on all sides. Meanwhile, fry sliced potatoes and onions in a little bacon fat. Then heat up some pinto beans. Makes a great meal my husband loves!

Our latest favorite way to use Eckrich Sausage is in a shrimp sausage foil pack using of course 1 pkg. sausage, shrimp, corn on the cob and red potatoes seasoned with Old Bay, butter and garlic. Cooked on the grill or in the oven, fabulous either way.

I love sausage with red beans and rice. I usually add in some corn, because I love the sweetness with the spicy rice.
I love smoked sausage with potatoes and onions all sauteed together. Yum.
I cook then crumble the sausage and add peppers and onions. I then serve it on a hot roll. You can add hot or regular mustard. My whole family loves it.
I add the sausage to my Spinach minestrone soup.
