- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
- ½ bunch of cilantro leaves, stems removed
- ½ jalapeno, seeded (more if desired)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- Simply7 Quinoa Chips
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with Simply7 Quinoa Chips
