- 1 Dozen Chicken Wings
- 1 16-Ounce Container Garden Fresh Gourmet® Thick 'n Chunky or Organic Restaurant Style Medium Salsa
- 3 Limes, Juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- Put half of the Garden Fresh Gourmet Thick 'n Chunky or Organic Restaurant Style Salsa and two-thirds of the lime juice in a medium bowl. Marinate the wings for three hours or overnight. Before grilling wings, make sauce by combining remaining lime juice, remaining salsa, honey, and vinegar in a small saucepan. Whisk in the cornstarch. Gently whisk over medium heat until thickened.
- Preheat grill or grill pan on medium heat. Remove wings from marinade and place on grill, cover and turning occasionally. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until skin is golden brown and crispy. Remove from the grill, and coat in the sauce.
