I eat a lot of salads each week. Usually I am just looking for something quick and easy to throw together midday that doesn't require any cooking. A salad is the easiest option since I can have it together in no time flat.

- Flatout 5 Grain Flax
- 1 cup Romaine Lettuce
- ½ cup Shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
- 1 tablespoon Red onion
- 1 tablespoon Cucumber
- 1 tablespoon Feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Kalamata olives
- 2 oz Deli meat - salami, capicola, prosciutto, ham...whatever you like
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
