One of my absolute favorite ways to enjoy these tasty treats is by adding just a few ingredients to make a Lemon Cake with Blueberries. Now I am definitely a chocoholic but when presented with the combination of lemon and blueberries, I’ll actually pass up chocolate!

- Duncan Hines® Perfect Size for 1® Lemon Cake, prepared according to package directions
- 1 tablespoon whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon lemon curd
- 1 teaspoon blueberries
- Prepare the Duncan Hines® Perfect Size for 1® Lemon Cake according to package directions and set aside to cool.
- While the cake is cooling combine 1 tablespoon of whipped topping with a teaspoon of lemon curd.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Dollop the mixture on top of the cake and top with fresh blueberries.
