I start my day with coffee, Dannon light yogurt, and later have a bowl of Kellogg’s Raisin Bran. Yum!
My favorite Kellogg’s breakfast item is pop tarts. I know they’re not healthy, but it is my pre-run and pre-race food of choice because it packs enough calories in a very small, easy to digest, form. I eat them before I run half marathons or track workouts. I do like Kellogg’s cereals though, especially Frosted Flakes and my husband loves Apple Jacks!

I like to start my day with a mix of Rice Krispies mixed with one of the sweet, yummy cereals (whatever is on sale at Publix). The Rice Krispies are lower in calories and make the other cereal last longer. A few blueberries or bananas round out the bowl.
I love the Special K Chocolate Almond and the Maple Brown Sugar Frosted Mini Wheats Little Bites.

My husband eats any kellogs cereal and loves every bite and s ok me times mixes two different types to see what flavor they make together! my kids are also big cereal eaters! we go through atleast 2 boxes at breakfast every morning! Frosted flakes and rasin bran crunch are my all time favorites. I used to share rasin nut bran with my granny as a kid. pop tarts barely stay in the box until the next morning when I buy them! the faves are smores, funfettie, strawberry and blueberry. I love to #StirUpBreakfast by adding fresh fruit like bananas, strawberries, and blueberries the children seem more excited for their breakfast when I add them. I also love to get the children involved with making up new ideas in the kitchen and have them help me cook.
