This post is brought to you by the folks at RAGÚ®. All comments and opinions are my own.

Mexican Pasta BakeCasseroles are a busy mom’s best friend! They are typically quick and easy and are great as a cold weather comfort food. Often I will prep my dish ahead of time so that I only have to toss it in the oven in the evening.

Now it’s no secret that I am a Mexican Food fanatic. I look for any way to get those flavors that I love on my dinner table as often as possible. Tacos, burritos and enchiladas are great but sometimes you have to shake it up. I have a fantastic casserole that has great taste and comes together quickly so you don’t have to spend a ton of time in the kitchen. With the holiday chaos, this is definitely a recipe that you’ll want to put on your menu.

Rather than spending a ton of time simmering ingredients to get great flavor, I simply pop open a jar of RAGÚ® Homestyle Sauce. With the addition of a few ingredients you can have this on the table in a flash.

Remember with the new RAGÚ® Homestyle Sauce  you get bold flavors and a thick and hearty texture that hugs pasta. The folks at RAGÚ® combine premium ingredients including vine-ripened tomatoes, diced onion, garlic and fragrant herbs to create a delicious sauce that’s perfect on pasta or kicked up as part of your favorite recipe.

Look for these five varieties when you shop at Publix and choose the one that best fits your recipe.

  • RAGÚ® Homestyle Thick & Hearty Mushroom
  • RAGÚ® Homestyle Thick & Hearty Meat
  • RAGÚ® Homestyle Thick & Hearty Traditional
  • RAGÚ® Homestyle Thick & Hearty Four Cheese
  • RAGÚ® Homestyle Thick & Hearty Roasted Garlic

Every RAGÚ® red sauce, including the new RAGÚ® Homestyle Sauces, contain no artificial colors, no artificial flavors and no high fructose corn syrup. So you can feel good about serving it at your family dinner table.
