The weather is starting to cool off just a bit and I am thrilled. I am very happy to welcome a little Fall weather. I’ll pull out my sweaters and jeans and hope that I can wear them for a little while. Here in the South the weather can be very fickle but we should see a few weeks of colder weather before we are hit with the high temps.
This chilly weather also has me hankering for some comfort food. Soups, stews and a big bowl of mac & cheese is the perfect meal on a chilly day. Luckily there is a great product that offers that taste you love with the protein that you need – Muscle Mac Macaroni & Cheese!
Muscle Mac Macaroni & Cheese has more than twice the protein per serving than any other national brand. Each serving offers 20 grams of protein per serving. You’ll also be happy to know that the pasta is GMO Free and made with real cheese. Plus is has no synthetic dyes or colors! You get great taste and nutrition that your whole family will love.
Now through 11/18/16 you’ll find Muscle Mac on sale 2/$3Â at Publix. Â You can grab the boxed dinner for a quick and delicious, better for you mac and cheese meal. Add in a side salad or some steamed veggies and you have a great meal that’s ready in a flash.

I make sure to keep my family on healthy foods and still get plenty of sleep at night. We never miss a yearly physical appt to touch base with our physicians. Washing our hands after the grocery store and playgrpund also keeps the germs away.
