As you can see by the picture, we had a Key Lime Pie recently and it was absolutely delicious. I decided to throw it together one morning after the boys went to school. I figured I could knock it out and it would be ready and waiting for dinner that night. I am not sure it was a great idea as it sat there tempting me all day. Every time I opened the fridge, I wanted to take a spoon and dig in. Luckily I had the will power to wait for my guys.
We all enjoyed a piece of pie and we didn’t even need a reason to celebrate. The pie was just perfect for a random weeknight and it was a great size for my crew…though my husband did eat a rather large slice. I told him to have at it as I didn’t plan on wrapping up any leftovers!
You really can’t go wrong no matter which variety you choose. We have had them all and have yet to find one that we don’t like. I try to stock up when we have a good deal as they are super to have on hand when you are hankering for a sweet treat but just don’t want to deal with a full sized dessert. I love the convenience and the taste is amazing. Be sure to grab your coupons and enjoy a perfect size dessert any time you get a craving!
