Auntie's Chocolate Chip CookiesThe holiday season is about to start up full force. I absolutely love this time of the year for so many reasons. It’s a time where we gather with friends and family. It’s a time of giving and it’s the time of year where we indulge on lots of amazing foods.

While I love all the delicious seasonal foods and treats, I have to be very careful to watch my calories. I certainly don’t want to undo all the progress that I made over the past year. A few weeks of indulgence can easily destroy months worth of watching my sugar and exercise!

Thanks to Truvía®, we can cut sugar and calories while still enjoying all those delicious holiday treats. Truvía® is the natural sweetener choice for people looking to reduce calories, including people with diabetes and those looking to reduce sugar in their diets. It’s easy to use, tastes great and allows you to reduce sugar, not flavor in all your favorite recipes.

Both Truvía® Baking Blend and Truvía® Nectar can be used in any recipe in place of sugar or honey. Simply replace 1 cup of sugar with a 1/2 cup of Truvía® Baking Blend (or just a 1⁄2 tsp of Truvía® Nectar to replace one tsp of honey) to get the same sweetness as sugar or honey with at least 50% fewer calories per serving.
