Mango & Grilled Chicken Salad

This Mango & Grilled Chicken Salad is a super simple salad that’s made with Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips over a bed of baby kale. You layer in fresh mango slices, fresh red bell pepper, crisp red onion, feta cheese and then top it off with the tangy taste of Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing. You can have the salad done in just 10 minutes for a super simple weeknight dinner that is sure to please the whole family.

The combination of the sweetness of the mango paired with the saltiness of the feta is just wonderful. Mango & Grilled Chicken Salad

Serves: 2 – 4
  • 6 ounces Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Chicken Breast Strips, prepared according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup baby kale, packed
  • 8 ounces mango spears (packaged or cut into spears)
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, sliced into panels
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  1. Arrange kale on large platter.
  2. Shingle mango, feta, chicken and pepper over top.
  3. Finish with onions and add fresh cracked pepper (if desired).
  4. Drizzle with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing and enjoy.
