It’s that time of year again…time to whip up the most delicious (and simple) salad ever – a Caprese Salad! I will have this salad quite often for lunch over the next few months…especially when my mom’s garden starts producing all those fabulous tomatoes. She will bring me bags of tomatoes and I will happily put them to good use!
Fresh mozzarella is absolutely amazing. The boys love the little pearls as a snack and of course when used on pizza, it’s fantastic.
