My plan is to grab a couple of rotisserie chickens for Saturday. You guys know I am spending some time with my husband’s family. They are all Alabama fanatics and already counting down to game time. These are delicious and having that free rotisserie chicken makes putting them together a snap. I’ll also whip up some Easy Chicken Quesadillas and a mini version of my Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Hasselback Potatoes.

I just spent all day in the kitchen whipping up our Thanksgiving feast so I deserve a break. Heck I might even put together another deal for a quick and easy meal before I take the boys to karate next week!
