Broccoli, Ham & Cheese Hand PiesNeed a quick meal in a pinch? Why not whip up these Broccoli, Ham & Cheese Hand Pies?

My boys love these and I like them because they are so easy to make. You can add in whatever you want. About 15 minutes in the oven and you have a meal that is delicious…even on the go! These are basically homemade Hot Pockets. The great thing about these is that you control the ingredients. Maybe one day you do turkey and swiss with mushrooms then another day you opt for chicken, bacon & cheddar. Really the options are endless.

You can also make these then freeze them. One can of biscuits makes 8 pies so you’ll have plenty of food to feed a bunch of hungry kiddos!

This recipe is part of the Publix Menu Plan For 6/5. Here are the other recipes that I have already shared –

 1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
 2. Press or roll out the biscuits until they are large flat circles – approximately 2 1/2 times the regular size.
 3. Squeeze about 1/2 teaspoon of honey mustard on the dough.
 4. Top with a few slices of ham and about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
 5. Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of chopped broccoli.
