How good does that dessert look? I had a hankering for something sweet last night and was able to have a delicious dessert whipped up with almost no effort. I grabbed a Sara Lee Pound Cake from my freezer and let it thaw out while I cooked dinner. I macerated some strawberries and right before I served the cake I topped it with homemade whipped cream. Seriously- so dang good! If we hadn’t polished off the whole thing last night, I’d be eating more right now – tee hee.
