I had to giggle at what Laurie calls her saltine toffee. You better believe that is what I will call it from now on! This is my husband’s favorite holiday treat. I usually make make mine with Keebler Town House Crackers and top it with a sprinkle of toffee bits…oh my, it really is “Christmas Crack” — tee hee!

Lol. I’m definitely giggling. My family has requested this for Christmas this year after I made it for the first time last year. I will definitely be announcing its new name “Christmas Crack”.

except on Passover it is made with MATZOH instead of crackers

I made this for the first time back in october when i saw it on Trisha Yearwoods cooking show and she just called it ‘Crack” which is a good name for it since it is so addicting!! My whole family LOVES it!!!

Hello! I made this tonight, but the chocolate will not harden. I do not want to put it in the fridge because then when you take it out, it will have a fine layer of condensation on it and melt again anyway. Does anyone have any suggestions. I followed the recipe to a “T” but chocolate won’t harden. 🙁
