Passionate Penny Pincher Recipes 5/3

This weekend is the Kentucky Derby and Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher is sharing one of her favorite pie recipes. I have always said I was going to make a Derby pie but never got around to it. I happen to have everything on hand so I may have to decide if I want to cheat a bit on my diet. I have terrible will power so if I make this one I will either have to send it home with a friend or eat my piece and throw it away 😀 (and I am not kidding!!)
