Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher has some great recipes for us this week. I haven’t made corn casserole in a long time and it is a HUGE hit here at my house. Laurie’s recipe looks very similar to the Paula Deen one that I make. Paula Deen’s recipe doesn’t require eggs and adds cheese – yum!
Laurie also has a great recipe for muffins. I had to giggle as it requires some overripe bananas but my little money (aka Jeb) doesn’t allow bananas in the house long enough for them to get too ripe. Check out the recipes she sent over this week:
