Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher sent over her recipes for this week and they look great! It’s funny as I came so close to putting a stroganoff recipe in my menu for this week but at the last minute changed my mind. My little one loves stroganoff so I try to put it on the menu at least once per month. I think I might have to go with the slow cooker version just as a change of pace!
