Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher has our recipes ready for this week. I just finished our Cinco de Mayo meal which included chicken fajitas, spanish rice and homemade guacamole…YUM!! If I wasn’t so full I might have to give Laurie’s cookies a try…maybe some day soon!
