Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher emailed her latest recipes. I am very excited to try her rotisserie chicken recipe. I actually have a little 8 pound turkey in my freezer that will be perfect for this recipe. I figure I can probably get three meals from that one bird AND I will have most of the hard work already done!
If you don’t happen to have a chicken (or a turkey) on hand, be sure and grab one at Publix this week as they are on sale for $1.19/lb. You might even consider cooking several birds at once and freezing the meat to use later!
Thank you for this, I was just given a whole chicken by my MIL. When she left, my husband & I both started laughing…we had no idea how to cook it. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find Iams cat food coupons. I have 4 cats and I am never able to find coupons for that particular brand. Any suggestions welcome! Thanks so much!!
