Laurie over at Publix Penny Pincher has her menu up and it looks like another great week. I am excited about the Italian Beef. I don’t do a lot of beef in the crockpot as I just am not sure what to do besides a roast?! Laurie has me covered— I have a feeling my husband will like this one!!
