I made this cake this afternoon. It is wonderful!!! I used Gala apples because that’s what was on sale at my Publix and they worked out great! Thanks, Michelle!
I made it last night – wonderful, had enough to share with neighbors.
Mine turned out great…family said it’s a keeper! I think I will try it next time with just a plain drizzle icing instead tho…the cream cheese frosting seemed to overwhelm the cake a bit.
