Recipe: Choc-Oat-Chip Cake

Do you need an idea for all those Nestle chocolate chips that were super cheap this week?  Laurie over at Publix Penny Pincher has a delicious recipe for Choc-Oat-Chip Cake HERE that will put all of those sale items (including the penny item) to yummy…I mean good use :-)
