Lemon Vinaigrette
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper and garlic. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking and continue until emulsified. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
Zoodle Salad
- Place the zoodles, tomatoes and Galbani® Fresh Mozzarella in a large bowl and toss with the prepared vinaigrette.
- Top with torn basil, serve and enjoy!
